Haad Sadet

This beach is located next to the famous Than Sadet Waterfall in Koh Phangan, visited many times by Thai royalty, and the National Park featuring it. Except from the sea access, one can reach Haad Sadet using the main road from Thong Nai Pan – there is about 5 km gap. It looks beautiful, serene and unbelievably untouched, despite of a couple of bars and restaurants located on the beach.

Situated away from the party scene, this beach could be quite isolated from civilization, except from the presence of the National Park’s visitors. Contrary to Haad Leela and Thong Nai Pan, the water gets deep very quickly , so its perfect for the swim enthusiasts. Haad Sadet offers only few cheap small bungalows, with limited access to electricity. It’s picturesque surrounding is supposed to be extremely peaceful, because every time we came to Haad Sadet, its residents look as if they had just-woken-up.
