Koh Phangan Sanctuary : the Resort and the Wellness Center

The Sanctuary is a unique alternative resort, located in Haad Thian beach in Koh Phangan. Besides a regular accommodation, the Sanctuary offers its visitors a variety of alternative health services through its Wellness center (opened every day from 8 to 21), such as:

1. Colonic Fasting [1 day, 3.5 days or 7 days] Program – fasting therapy completed by colonic therapy (which means the irrigation of the large intestine by water, intended to detoxify it). The aim of this program is body cleansing, detoxification, eliminating parasites and loosing some weight.

2. Cleanse Complete [7 days] Program – cleansing program based on herbal intestinal cleansers and nutritional supplements.

3. Gentle Cleanse [1 to 7 days] Program - cleansing program based on herbal intestinal cleansers and healthy, particularly raw food.

4. Self-development Activities: yoga, mediation, tarot, numerology and more.

5. Spa and massage.

6. Vegetarian & seafood restaurant.
